www.fscaston.org. The video and an explanation is in the first column on the home page under Latest News and Events. But thanks to Sr. Julie Keegan's expertise, the site has much, more to offer.
In addition to the expected sections on the history of the center, the upcoming events, and the personnel, the site also has three sections that I especially love. In the tabs along the top, check out the last three. One is for young adults with a lot of information and links to other sources. The tab for seniors offers a bit of humor as well as links to helpful resources. And the final tab has a number of general spiritual resources. What was especially of interest to me was the information of journaling--something that is often a part of my own prayer. There is a list of questions and ideas that I printed out for my own use in journaling.
On the home page you might enjoy the virtual tour of the center's facilities that is narrated by Sr. Julie. One of the things I want to try there is a virtual labrynth. I believe she has a link to it in the section on spirituality as well.
Hope you enjoy visiting the site--and if you're ever in the Aston area, drop by and I'll give you a personal tour!
